Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Sergei Shoigu, during which the Defense Minister announced the completion of the task of partial mobilization, thanked everyone who joined the Armed Forces.
“Thank you for loyalty to duty, for patriotism, for loyalty to the Motherland,” Putin said, adding that the mobilized Russians “went to defend their home, their family, our citizens, our people.”
Addressing Sergei Shoigu, the head of state asked to convey words of gratitude to the troops.
Putin also thanked everyone who took part “in this great work.”
