The press service of the Federal Tourism Agency has distributed a message from the head of the department Zarina Doguzova, which states that restrictions on traveling abroad will not affect citizens who have not received a summons in connection with the partial mobilization carried out in Russia.
“At the moment – if you have not received a summons, then you can go on trips abroad. We have no information about any restrictive regulations at the federal level,” the department said.
The Federal Tourism Agency also added that for all detailed explanations and clarifications, citizens can contact the military enlistment office to which they are assigned.
