Serbs have started building barricades in the north of Kosovo

In the north of Kosovo, local Serbs are building barricades after the detention of ex-policeman Dejan Pantic. This is reported by the portal “Evening News”.

Pantic and other Serbian police officers in Kosovo’s Interior Ministry offices resigned in November. He was detained earlier at the Yarin checkpoint.

“Citizens gather at the entrance and exit from the village of Leposavich, several hundred people gathered in the place of Rudare near Zvecan, next to the cross, as well as in Srbovac nearby,” the journalists note.

It is reported that people are setting up barricades. And in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, an air alert sounded.
