The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke about the timing of the completion of Russia’s special operation

The Reuters news agency reported that the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny expressed doubt that the special military operation (SVO) of Russia will be completed this year.

The Commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army also made an appeal to fellow citizens to be ready for the continuation of hostilities. At the same time, he noted that the continuation of its will require the continuation of Western arms supplies to Kiev, as well as the organization of counterattacks.  

Earlier, President Vladimir Zelensky, during a speech to representatives of the G7 countries, expressed a desire to end the conflict by the beginning of winter. At the same time, he has so far refused to use negotiation mechanisms to achieve this goal.
