The FSB major, who participated in a special military operation, told how he managed to calculate and detain a mercenary from the Baltic States, who was a sniper and fought on the side of Ukraine.
He explained that he is a sniper himself and therefore drew attention to the characteristic posture of one woman who mixed with a crowd of civilians and tried to get out of the encirclement like a refugee.

He also revealed some more nuances. It turns out that snipers who are ready to shoot from one position for a long time have a broken posture. “The left shoulder is slightly higher and slightly forward — you can’t fix it,” explained an employee of the Russian special services.
In addition, he added, imported hygiene products were found in her things, although local women there had no such items left at all. During a search of the sniper’s clothes, they also found a sewn-up flash drive with documents.
The major added that now citizens of Poland and Germany are most often found among foreign mercenaries in the SVO zone.
