Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal said that civilized countries do not want to attack Russia. The chairman of the Ukrainian government said this during an interview with the French TV channel France 24.
“Civilized countries do not want to attack Russia,” said Shmygal, stressing that these states “cannot change anything inside the Russian Federation, its society.”
Earlier, French leader Emmanuel Macron indicated that the Europeans do not want to fight with the Russian Federation. The President of the Fifth Republic also stated the need for dialogue with our country.
