The Ministry of Defense of Russia has issued a statement stating the termination of all activities within the framework of partial mobilization related to the conscription of citizens in reserve.
The document emphasizes that the preparation and delivery of summonses is being stopped, and collection points are to be released to continue functioning as intended.
In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry ordered the personnel of the military enlistment offices involved in the partial mobilization to return to their duties as normal.
At the same time, the military commissariats will continue to work on recruiting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by accepting volunteers and contract candidates.
The General Staff sent instructions to the commanders of the military districts and the Commander of the Northern Fleet to report on the completion of partial mobilization measures by November 1.
