Alan Lushnikov, President of the Kalashnikov Group of Companies, said that the Russian Defense Ministry has signed contracts for the supply of new Chukavin sniper rifles to the troops.
He specified that in the near future these rifles should replace Dragunov rifles.
“We have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense for this year, next year and beyond. At the moment, the purchase of microwave rifles is already underway,” Lushnikov added.
According to him, microwave rifles are already being used by the troops. The military has no complaints about this weapon.
