Senator from the Crimean Peninsula, member of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Sergey Tsekov expressed doubt that the drone that attacked the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol could have been launched from the territory of Ukraine.
According to him, a homemade UAV is simply not able to overcome such a long distance and then act so effectively.
“There is a high probability that the attack was carried out from the territory of Crimea or Sevastopol… The exact answer will be given by the Russian air defense forces and the FSB,” the senator said.
