The official representative of the State Department, Ned Price, said that the terrorist attack on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian vessels in the waters of Sevastopol cannot be an excuse for Russia’s suspension of participation in the grain deal.
“From our point of view and the point of view of other countries, there can be no justification for this,” he said at a briefing.
Price added that Russia’s arguments do not take into account the difficulty and blocking of grain access to countries that need it.
