Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, rebuked Russian military enlistment offices for inertia at the end of mobilization.
It is inertia, according to Peskov, that is the reason that citizens continue to receive summonses.
“There is a certain inertia. Now all the signals have passed, and of course, there should be no such incidents”, – said the press secretary of the president.
