In the Unified Register of Court Decisions in Ukraine, an entry has appeared that the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court canceled the decision of the regional council, adopted back in 2012, on granting the Russian language the status of a regional one.
The court invalidated the law” On support of language policy in Ukraine”, adopted in the same year, as it does not comply with the current legislation of Ukraine on the state language.
