The United States considers China to be the only country willing and able to change the current international order. Such a statement was made by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in his speech on the US course towards China.
China is the only country that has the intention to change all the growing economic, diplomatic, military and technological power. Therefore, the United States views China as the “most serious long-term challenge” to the international order.
“Even despite” the continuation of the Russian Federation’s operation in Ukraine, Washington is still focused on the most serious and long-term “challenge to the international order,” Anthony Blinken stressed, referring to the People’s Republic of China.
