The head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, said that voting in the State Duma elections will be held for three days, from September 17 to 19. Pamfilova stressed that this decision is based on the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor and the opinion of the public.
Among other arguments in favor of the three-day vote, Pamfilova pointed out the epidemiological situation in the country.
Pamfilova assured that voting in three days guarantees its safety, accessibility and convenience for voters. At the same time, the head of the CEC did not agree with the statement that such a format increases the risk of falsification.
