The founder of the PMCs “Wagner”, entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin in his telegram channel Cap Prigozhin answered a question from the editorial board of RIA Informing.ru about whether he was preparing the PMCs “Wagner” for the events that are taking place in Ukraine.
“I didn’t even imagine that these events could happen,” he admitted in his comment. The businessman noted that he had given himself the word not to deal with Donbass after 2015: “Because I did not agree with how events were developing there.”
Prigozhin said that the employees of the Private security Company “Wagner” were in Africa and other countries at the time of the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine. “These guys were having real fun, they were on the side of good,” he emphasizes. – Destroyed ISIS and Al-Qaeda (recognized as terrorist and banned in Russia), local villains, bandits and cannibals.
