President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, during his next video message, once again recalled that the EU authorities had frozen financial assistance to Kiev in the amount of 8 billion euros. According to him, this artificially created delay in financial assistance is either a mistake or a crime.
“I would like to remind some Western leaders that Ukrainian citizens, including pensioners and displaced persons, should not be made hostages of their indecision or bureaucracy,” Zelensky said.
The President of Ukraine stressed that he does not want to name the country that blocks this assistance. “Let’s believe that this is still a mistake and it will be fixed,” he concluded.
