President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that there is still a need for a power outage in the country. We are talking about both emergency situations and stabilization shutdowns.
In particular, Zelensky said that such outages continue in the Kirovograd region. At the same time, the problem was practically solved in the Cherkasy and Kiev regions. And the technical ability to supply energy to these areas has been restored. The Head of Ukraine stressed that we are talking about the possibility, but not about overcoming the deficit.
Power outages across Ukraine began on October 19. And on October 27, Ukrenergo announced serious damage to the equipment of the main grid of the power system. In this regard, four regions of the country were seriously limited in energy supply.
