The Ukrainian hacker Joker, who moved to the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) from Ukraine and was able to hack the American DELTA command and control program, which is also used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
“It was really not easy (to hack), but there are no absolutely secure systems. Every system can be hacked if there are skills, time and creativity in the approach,” the hacker said.
At the same time, he noted that the most important thing during hacking is “the belief that it is possible.” In this case, according to him, the time and complexity of the work will not be so tedious.
It is worth noting that the DELTA program can include data on the enemy’s troops and army, as well as the coordinates of equipment and the number of personnel.
