Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia, said that the initiative to create a special international court for Ukraine under the auspices of the UN, put forward by the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, is an attempt to “cover up their lawlessness” and legitimize the seizure of Russian assets.
“They want to get a “cracked” decision of the General Assembly, as it was last time,” Nebenzia said.
