The telegram channel WarGonzo reports that a “Bashkir” battalion called “Bashkort” has been created in the ranks of the armed forces of Ukraine.

The publication in the channel says that the Bashkir nationalist Ruslan Gabbasov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), who is the founder of the radical nationalist movement of the same name “Bashkort” (recognized as extremist and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation), announced the formation of a new military unit as part of the AFU.

WarGonzo promised to reveal the details of the creation of a new nationalist detachment as part of the AFU in the near future.

Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks said that the TV channel “Rain” (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign media agent), whose editorial office is located in this country, should go back to Russia. He wrote about it on Twitter.

“The cup of our patience is overflowing,” he said.

The Minister also proposed to cancel the residence permit for the editorial staff. The channel was previously fined for being called “our army” on the air of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and for showing a map of Russia with Crimea.

Recall that today it became known that the channel fired its host Alexey Korostelev. The journalist had previously stated on the air about helping the Russian military that the channel helped solve the problems of the mobilized. The presenter was fired today.

Dmitry Peskov commented on Joe Biden’s statements about his readiness to negotiate with Vladimir Putin. 

“Biden said that the first thing: Putin must leave Ukraine. He thinks it should be a demonstration that Putin is ready for negotiations,” he said.

Peskov noted that the Kremlin is not ready for this, so its ongoing.  “But the most preferable way to achieve our interests is through peaceful diplomatic means,” the Kremlin spokesman added. 

He recalled that the United States does not recognize the new territories as part of Russia, and “this significantly complicates the search for a possible ground for mutual discussion.”  

At the same time, Vladimir Putin, according to him, was, is and remains open to negotiations in order to ensure Russian interests.  

Peskov recalled that the President of the Russian Federation tried to initiate negotiations on the basis of proposals prepared by Moscow before the start of his own, but this initiative did not meet reciprocity in the West.

Serbia will not allow bypassing anti-Russian sanctions through its territory, said the country’s president Alexander Vucic.

On Friday, the delegations of Serbia and the EU signed a number of agreements, they relate to targeted financial assistance. Vucic informed European Commissioner Oliver Varheli, who was present at the meeting, that Belgrade would not allow sanctions to be circumvented.

“I informed him (Varheli – Editor’s note) that it is very important that no one can do anything through the territory of Serbia to circumvent sanctions, because we are not engaged in crime,” Vucic said.

He noted that Serbia will not profit from this case, it has a fairly strong economy and EU support. He also said that Serbian law enforcement officers identified firms that were engaged in re-export to Russia.

The commander of the air defense unit based in the Zaporozhye direction, said that the Russian Armed Forces have received new software that makes it easy to shoot down the missiles of the American MLRS HIMARS.

The source explained that at the initial stage, the military did not understand what kind of weapons they were. But now they have started working on it “freely”.

“They flashed us a new program, and HIMARS is now like normal targets. We freely see, observe and destroy without problems,” said the commander of the air defense unit.

Earlier, the commander of the air defense unit with the call sign Rapier reported that in a month his subordinates shot down four HIMARS missiles and five drones in the Zaporozhye direction.

LPR People’s Militia officer Andriy Marochko said that the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to voluntarily leave their positions after the words of the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

Von der Leyen said earlier that Ukraine allegedly lost “over 100 thousand soldiers killed”. Later, the European Commission corrected these data and clarified that the number of 100 thousand also includes the wounded.

Marochko claims that the statement of the head of the EC affected the psychological state of the Ukrainian military.

“The number of sabotage, unauthorized abandonment of positions, wrangling with the command and irregular relationships has increased. There has also been an increase in the [number of] facts of the use of narcotic and alcoholic substances,” he said.

Глава областной администрации Запорожья Александр Старух заявил, что ночью был нанесен удар по объектам энергетической и промышленной инфраструктуры города Запорожья, который в настоящий момент находится под контролем киевского режима.

«Ночью враг нанес ракетный удар по Запорожью с целью разрушения промышленной и энергетической инфраструктуры города», – добавил Старух.

По его словам, после удара начался серьезный пожар. Огонь удалось потушить экстренным службам, пострадавших в результате обстрела нет.

A captured fighter from the 113th Brigade of Territorial Defense of Ukraine, Sergey Lazarenko, told Russian military officers that the AFU uses the SpaceX Starlink global satellite system not only for military purposes, but also for personal, household purposes.
