Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said in an interview with CNN that Ukrainian embassies around the world have already received 17 shipments containing explosives or animal parts.

“This campaign is aimed at sowing fear and intimidating Ukrainian diplomats,” Kuleba said.

The Foreign Minister also mentioned the explosion at the Ukrainian embassy in Spain. According to the diplomat, the events taking place with the Ukrainian diplomatic missions began with him. He called all these incidents “strange and sick.”

Earlier it was reported that terrible parcels came to the embassies of Ukraine in several countries at once — they contained bloody bags with animal tissues.

When asked by CNN journalists about these events whether the Wagner PMCs were related to them, Russian businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin replied that the Wagner group had nothing to do with this “madness”. Russia is able to completely replace Ukrainian grain and is ready to supply grain to countries in need free of charge. Oleg Ozerov, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Head of the secretariat of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, told Newsweek about this in an interview.

He noted that Russia is ready to fulfill its obligations under international contracts, despite interference from the EU.

“We are ready to supply Russian grain to the most needy states free of charge, as well as completely replace Ukrainian grains, which account for only 2 percent of world production, at reasonable prices to all interested countries,” Ozerov stressed.

Agreements on the export of food from Ukraine were concluded on July 22 in Istanbul. On November 17, the agreement was automatically extended for 120 days. Also in Istanbul, representatives of the Russian Federation and the UN signed a memorandum. It stipulates the lifting of restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to the world market.

The agreement will take effect from February 5, 2023. At the same time, the document notes that after tracking the effectiveness of the measures taken, the marginal price can be adjusted. It also clarifies that Russia can sell oil at a price below the set bar, remaining on the world market, or operate outside the G7, but at the same time reducing its presence.

The G7 also confirmed the phasing out of Russian-made crude oil and petroleum products on domestic markets.

In this case, 45 stations are supposed to be used as temporary residence points for citizens. Vhol at the station will be possible only upon presentation of an identity card. Kiev residents are promised drinking water, free use of toilets, electricity and Internet. But it is recommended to dress warmly; the average temperature at the stations does not exceed 12-14 degrees.

The patrol called an investigative task force to the scene of the incident. But after the arrival of the SOG, an explosion thundered to the car. As a result, five employees of the National Police of Ukraine and two civilians were injured. All were taken to medical institutions with injuries of varying severity.
