French Prime Minister Elisabeth Born, appointed on May 16, outlined three main priorities of her policy: health care, the purchasing power of the population and the fight against climate change.

“The first weeks of our work should be devoted to taking care of the urgent needs of the French,” Born said today after a government meeting.

With regard to the purchasing power of the population, Born noted that there should be no “forgotten” and “unseen”. She asked to pay special attention to the needs of students.

The French Prime Minister also appealed to the Ministry of Health with a demand to put forward proposals aimed at eliminating the problems of hospitals that appeared as a result of the pandemic.
