The US administration believes that Russia intends to continue the special operation in Ukraine. This was stated by John Kirby, coordinator for Strategic Communications at the American National Security Council.
During an interview with ABC, Kirby was asked to evaluate possible plans of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“What we see on the scene is a person who intends to continue military actions against Ukraine,” Kirby said.
He added that it was difficult for him to give a more accurate assessment of Moscow’s plans.
