Former US President Donald Trump has announced that his deleted Twitter account will be restored on October 31. This is reported by the press service of the former head of the White House.
Trump also congratulated businessman Elon Musk on the acquisition of the social network. Earlier it became known that the billionaire became the owner of the company.
“I was informed that my account will be restored on Monday. We’ll see,” the ex-president said.
Trump’s Twitter account was frozen on January 8, 2021, two days after his supporters tried to storm the Capitol.
Earlier in the United States, fears were already expressed that Musk, in the event of an acquisition of Twitter, could return the account to the ex-president.
