“There will be no heat in the Donetsk region in winter,” Vereshchuk explained.

The Deputy Prime Minister clarified that if a citizen refuses to evacuate, he will have to sign a document confirming that he is aware of the possible consequences and further “bears personal responsibility for his life.”
